Lets meet,

My name is Sjoerd Berkelder, in 2013 I started Project 2 Events. Over the past 12 years I’ve gained extensive experience as an Event manager, Site crew, Activation manager, Event transporter, and Facility manager.

Working alongside my clients, I’ve had the privilege of bringing incredible productions to life, both in the Netherlands and abroad. My mission? To provide personal attention, take all the stress off your hands, and create amazing experiences together.

Event manager

As your dedicated Event Manager, I take care of everything from planning and logistics to setup and on-site support. Whether it’s a corporate event, activation, festival or exhibition.

Site manager

Together with your team or my own, I transform any location into a stunning event setting. From festival construction to stand building, I ensure every detail is handled with care and expertise. Whatever your vision, my team and I bring it to life.

Transport

Project 2 Events provides precise and efficient transport for your event. With our Iveco and open or closed trailer (up to 3,500 kg load capacity), we effortlessly handle your cargo, ensuring it arrives safely at the event site, whether the destination is in the Netherlands or abroad.

Rental

Since 2023, Project 2 Events has been renting out high-quality prikkabels and accessories for festivals, events, and campsites. Whether you need dry hire or a complete installation, we offer flexible solutions to create the perfect lighting ambiance for any occasion.
